- The participation team is committed to attending all days of the programme and all its activities and activities throughout the implementation period. Failure to attend is a direct cause of exclusion from the programme.
- The Bank for Social Development - 30 is seriously entitled to exclude any participant without giving any reasons, without any obligations or compensation of any kind.
- All decisions taken are final, and the Social Development Bank is entitled to 30 suspensions, delays, repeals or amendments at any time.
- The participant is committed to ensuring the validity of the information and data entered upon registration and is fully responsible for their validity.
- The participant is committed to providing and verifying, upon request, information and documentation supporting its participation.
- The participant bears the inherent responsibility of his idea and of not violating the rights of others.
- Bank for Social Development - 30th Avenue is not responsible for any dispute concerning the ownership of ideas.
- The participant retains all intellectual property rights relating to the idea that he has created before or independently of the programme, including trademarks, patents, industrial models, literary, artistic and scientific works, performance rights, confidential information and other rights, whether registered or not within or outside the Kingdom.
- The participant acknowledges the agreement of the Bank for Social Development - 30th Avenue to portray publicity campaigns and to use participants in all available media.
- The Bank for Social Development - 30 Seriously and the organizers are entitled to use participatory ideas for promotion and information material, without prejudice to intellectual property rights.
- The Bank for Social Development – 30 serious liability for any material losses or damage resulting from participation in the programme.
