The Education Portal is one of the innovative solutions provided by the bank to entities, aimed at further automating procedures and facilitating access to products for eligible recipients. It enables educational entities to process requests directly through the portal.
The beneficiaries are the entities that have formal cooperation agreements with the bank.
The entity may nominate only one individual to serve as the "User Administrator," who can, in turn, grant sub-permissions to other colleagues. Having an official entity email address is a mandatory requirement for obtaining access rights on the Education Portal.
The entity can replace the employee by completing all required fields in the Permission Replacement Request Form to access the Education Portal.
Navigate to (Users), then in the Action column next to the representative’s name, select (Edit User), uncheck the (Active) box, and click Save. The representative will no longer be able to access the system.
Currently, the bank’s systems do not allow this.
No authorized representative can be granted full permission for the unit, as this would conflict with the bank’s regulations.
Go to the bank’s homepage, select (Contact Channels), and choose one of the available communication methods.
By navigating to (Users )>(Add User) and filling in the details of the authorized representative.
The User Administrator manages the portal entirely, including registering authorized representatives, granting them access rights to process requests from the entity’s staff, and modifying or revoking permissions.
There are two types of permissions: Reviewer and Approver. These permissions must be assigned to employees, with each employee receiving only one permission.
The User Administrator can access the representative’s records and modify all information except for the National ID number.
In cases where individuals select the entity in error, the request must be rejected, with the reason for rejection specified.
