The education loan is allocated to the academic terms selected by the client at the time of application.
The client is not permitted to withdraw after the first disbursement. However, they may stop subsequent disbursements by submitting a sufficiency request.
Tuition fees cannot be refunded once they have been transferred, even if the client chooses to withdraw.
The second disbursement is not processed automatically. The client must submit a disbursement request through the bank’s portal and select the installment that has not yet been disbursed.
An official academic transcript must be submitted when requesting the disbursement. A copy of the grade report alone is not sufficient.
A sufficiency request can be submitted if the client no longer needs to continue the financing.
If the educational institution applies a reduction to a disbursement amount, the reduced amount is carried forward into a consolidated disbursement, which includes any amounts not previously disbursed under the education loan. It is requested only when needed and requested through the bank’s portal
