To obtain liquidity financing, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
• The applicant must not be more than 65 years old.
• The commercial registration must be at least 12 months old.
• The commercial register must be active.
• The applicant is allowed to own or be a partner in another establishment different from the one being financed.
• If the establishment has partners, the applicant must hold an equal or higher owenship share.
• The annual sales of the establishment must not exceed 40 million ♦.
• A clean credit record is required, with total defaults not exceeding 15,000 ♦, and not exceeding 90 days.​
