An electronic service provided by the Social Development Bank that enables entrepreneurs to apply for the Franchise program with ease and flexibility. The program aims to empower investors by leveraging leading franchise brands through financing of up to 4 million ♦, supporting the establishment of their businesses and maximizing the benefits of franchise expertise, without the need to visit the bank's branches.
To obtain franchise financing, the following conditions must be met:
- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
- The applicant’s age must be between 25 to 55 years.
- The applicant must have a qualification of no less than a high school diploma.
- The project must be new.
- Brand approval for franchising.
- It is allowed to own or have a partnership in a different facility other than the facility to be financed.
- The applicant is required to own an equal or higher share if there are partners in the project.
- A minimum self-contribution of (20%) is required.
- A maximum investment cost limit of (12 million ♦) is required.
- A maximum annual sales limit of 3 million ♦ is required.
- Passing the personal interview.
