An electronic service provided by the Social Development Bank that allows the heirs of deceased customers to apply for loan exemption without the need to visit a branch.

  1. Click on the Go to Service button.
  2. Log in via the National Unified Access Portal.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. A temporary confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone, please enter it and then click on "Continue".
  5. Your account page will appear, here you can click on e-services and then choose a request for exemption for a deceased.
  6. A page for requests to register a death case will appear, click on Add a request to register a death case.
  7. Enter the deceased's data and the data of the loan to be exempted from, acknowledge the accuracy of the data and save the data.
  8. Upload the required files and then approve them.
  9. When the files are uploaded and approved, you will see a message that they were saved successfully.
  10. You will see the request data where you can follow up on the request and the result.
